Title: What if Cameron was your protector?

I always thought this would be an interesting question after watching the first 2 episodes yesterday.
What if you were Connor? What if some Terminator such a Cameron was sent to protect you? Would it be really hard knowing she can't 'love' really or would you just be happy she's around since she is a robot.
Personally I think it would be the best and worst experience all at once. Here you have this amazing person but only to find out they are an advanced robot that can destroy whatever gets in the way. lol

I agree with you except on the downside part, thats kinda nifty in and of itself. At least until its turned against you, then its bad.

The most she could do is give you physical comfort but real love she could never really give or understand sadly. Even if she emulated love it wouldn't be real . . .
