I remember this movie, it was pretty cool, but didn't like Bruce Lee get killed because he broke the rules of Karate and taught it to somebody who was never supposed to learn it? I heard something crazy like that before.

I'd put it down to simple BS. The
Wikipedia article has a section on his death which mentions rumored Triad involvement, but that's less secret kung-fu and more straight-up organized crime,

I don't beleive anything Wiki tells me, i have to get it from a source that some random person can't edit, but i remember hearing something like that a while ago though.

Granted Wikipedia can be inaccurate, but that particular section is at leased well sourced, to judge by the footnotes. Of course I'd consider Triad involvement to be one of many highly improbable conspiracy theories, and the article doesn't seem to treat it any more seriously.
