This was a pretty good movie considering i have never been a huge fan of Star trek. Sure I've seen the tv series and some of the movies but this movie was really good. anyone else see it?

Yeah, felt like i wasted 2 hours of my life, their SE and stuff wasnt too great... Im more of a Star Wars fan anyways, but i wouldn't recommend this to anyone, it had a so-so story line i thought, not my kind of movie.

I liked it tbh, I thought it was the best trek movie so far. I liked the CGI in it =)

I thought the movie was rather good. The special effects were nice, and the actors did a good job making the characters come to life, particularly the actors for Kirk and Spock. All in all, I thought the movie was great.

I liked it a lot.
I also liked the little bits from the series
they added in there.

yeah my Dad said they did a good job with it having parts from the series in it

William Shatner was offered a part in it but turned it down.
Guess he wants to try and get away from the whole star trek thing.
